20-Dec-2009 : Dammam, Saudi Arabia: India Fraternity Forum organized a seminar to discuss the consequences before and after the demolition of Babri Masjid, Liberhan Commission and the responsibility Muslim community.
“The value of social equality, significance of Indian secular democracy, Indian constitution fallen when 463 year old Babri Masjid demolished on 1992, December 6 by hindu fascists”, said Muhammed Iqbal in his preface note.
Mr. Mohammed Ashraf delivered main speech at the program. He brought fourth all the consequences of demolition of Babri Masjid and also told that RSS is the main culprit which has masterminded the demolition in coordination with the BJP. The demolition was pre-planned as per the discriminating ideology of RSS to keep the Muslim community distant from constitutional rights. He told that peace can be restored in India only when RSS and BJP are barred from the country. The issue of Babri Masjid was not just the demolition of a religious place but it was the reason for the death of hundreds of innocents. In order to restore the meaning of democracy Babri Masjid should be constructed at the same place, opined Ashraf at the moment.
Speaking on the occasion Anwar Gudinabali, representative of Darul Irshad told that Governmentt has appointed Liberhan commission to report about the demolition within 3 months, but it took 17 long years. Because of which the culprits responsible for the demolition are freely enjoying over years.
“Lack of political strength within the community was main reason for demolition”, said Shabbir, representative of Jamiathul Falah. He told that IFF has organized momentous program and also stressed to support and cooperate with the IFF workforce.
Mohammed Bantwal, representative of Dakshina Kannada Sunni Center reminded that there are so many social organizations in gulf countries, but no one has given importance to such an essential program. He praised IFF members for their struggle to empower the community being far away from the home town.
Presiding the program, Mohammed Sherief said, “The issue of the Babri Masjid demolition is not only limited to Muslims, it is the issue of common people of India, it is the question of democracy and secularism. In order to bring back the value of social equality, significance of Indian secular democracy and Indian constitution, Babri Masjid has to be restored at the same place. He has concluded his speech by saying that RSS which is main culprit of the demolition is not only the enemy of Muslims but also the enemy of humanity”.
More than 200 people participated in the event. The seminar began with the recitation of Qira'th by Abdul Khader. Mr. Muhammed Iqbal welcomed the gathering. Mr. Rizwan presented the vote of thanks. The event was anchored by Ahmed Sadiq. IFF volunteers facilitated the smooth conducting of the event with impressive assistance.
